APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

MCS Services Limited ( MCS Services or the Company ) ( ASX: MSG ) wishes to advise that it had appointed Mark Englebert as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 12 May 2016.

Mr Englebert is not only a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia but also of England and Wales with over 20 years of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom. Mr Englebert has held several senior finance roles including positions with FTI Consulting, National Australia Bank and Grant Thornton.
