La Motte-Fanjas, 24 May 2016 – The Combined Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of McPhy Energy was held on 19 May 2016 at the INEED Convention Centre in Alixan (Drôme), France.
All resolutions recommended by the Board of Directors were adopted by a large majority of shareholders present or represented totalling 4,851,915 (47.33%) voting rights.
The Annual General Meeting in particular ratified the appointment of Adamo Screnci as director.
Commenting on the company's outlook, Pascal Mauberger confirmed the outlook presented when the 2015 results were published providing for solid growth in business for the year in progress based on the high level of sales expected in the second half.
In particular, following a call for tenders, on 18 May 2015 McPhy Energy was definitively granted a €6.4 million contract to supply a "Wind to Hydrogen" ("Power to Gas") system signed in June 2015 with the state-owned Hebei Construction and Investment Group. Expected to enter into effect in the second half of this year, this contract should accordingly contribute to revenue in 2016.
