Admission of New Ordinary Shares

The Company announced the Capital Raising on 12 August 2021, comprising the Firm Placing and the Open Offer, and on 13 August 2021 announced the successful completion of the accelerated bookbuild and the publication of a prospectus and notice of a General Meeting. On 1 September 2021 the Company announced the results of the General Meeting.

The Company today announces that, pursuant to the Capital Raising, 165,006,829 New Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each will be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and will be admitted to trading on London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities at 8.00 a.m. BST today.

The Company's issued share capital, following Admission, will be 280,311,229 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
