Addendum to McBride plc Annual Report and Accounts 2011

The 2011 Annual Report and Accounts were approved by the auditors and by the Board of directors of the Company on 5 September 2011. The Company subsequently announced, on 14 September 2011, that Jeff Carr, a nonexecutive director of the Company, had reported a future conflict of interest and had offered to resign from the Board and its sub-committees with effect from the date of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 October 2011. Accordingly, shareholders will not be asked to approve his appointment at the Annual General Meeting.
