McBride plc confirms that on 11 June 2021 an award was granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (the Plan) to Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, as set out below. The awards will vest at the end of a three-year period and be subject to a two-year post-vesting holding period and will not require any payment from the individual.
