In accordance with DTR 5.6 we notify the market that at 26 February 2018 McBride plc has a total issued share capital of 182,840,301 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, of which 270,398 ordinary shares are held as treasury shares. 

Therefore, the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights is 182,569,903.
