McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:

Mark Strickland, Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Company that on 29 October 2024 he acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a "Share") for an average price of £1.1033 per Share.  

Following the purchase, Mark Strickland holds an aggregate of 310,762 Shares.
