Director and PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 15 September 2023 that Zillah Byng-Thorne, the Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 125.00 pence per share on 14 September 2023 and purchased an additional 20,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 133.88 pence per share on 15 September 2023.

As a result of these transactions, Zillah Byng-Thorne's beneficial interest in the Company, now amounts to a total holding of 213,536 Ordinary Shares in the Company and represents approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
