M&C Saatchi PLC ("M&C Saatchi" or the "Company"), was notified on 18 March 2016, that to fulfil a personal financial commitment as part of a divorce settlement, Jamie Hewitt, an executive director, sold a total of 167,776 shares at a price of 313 pence per share.

Following the dealings, Jamie Hewitt retains 54,451 shares in M&C Saatchi.
