Board Update

Further to the announcement of 11 April 2025, M&C Saatchi announces that Dame Heather Rabbatts, currently interim Non-Executive Chair, will become Non-Executive Chair on a permanent basis with immediate effect. At the same time, Georgina Harvey will take on the additional role of Senior Independent Director on a permanent basis.

The Board has initiated a comprehensive formal search process to identify a new Non-Executive Director and will update the market as and when appropriate.

Dame Heather Rabbatts, Non-Executive Chair, said:
