Annual General Meeting Chairman's Statement 8th June 2016

At the AGM, Jeremy Sinclair, Chairman of M&C Saatchi PLC, will make the following statement:

"2016 has started well and trading is in line with expectations.

"We have recorded some good wins including RBS, Royal Mail and Counter Extremism in the UK, Com Hem in Stockholm, Shell in Singapore and largest of them all Woolworths in Sydney.

"We have also invested in New York, acquiring 51% of MCD Partners and increasing our holding in SS+K from 33% to 51%.

"The Board continues to be confident of a successful 2016."
