Annual General Meeting Chairman's Statement 11th June 2014

At the AGM, Jeremy Sinclair, Chairman M&C Saatchi PLC, will make the following statement:

"2014 has started well and trading is in line with expectations.

"LIDA, our Direct Marketing shop, which was awarded Agency of the Year in 2013, has continued its  run of new  business wins , including  Land Rover (Dealers),  Odeon Cinemas and the Alzheimer's Charity. Following our policy of exporting the company's successful brands, LIDA is opening in Australia and Sweden.

"Elsewhere in the UK, Sports and Entertainment won SKY BET , and M&C Saatchi PR won Footlocker and Last Minute.

"The network won Douwe Egberts.

"Australia is having  a stellar year, winning IAG,  Lexus and Crimestoppers.

"France is on a roll, winning BMW Mini, Mc Cain, Warner Brothers and a place on the EDF roster.

"Japan won Sony and our newest start up, Stockholm, is flying high with Norwegian Airlines."
