Advance dividend payment of MVM Zrt. in worth of HUF 131.5 bn

MVM Energy Private Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1031 Budapest, Szentendrei út 207- 209.; company registration number: 01-10-041828, hereinafter: MVM Ltd.) wishes to inform market participants about the following:

Taking into account the profitability and stable financial position of MVM Group in H1 2025, the sole shareholder of MVM Ltd. has decided, that advance dividend shall be paid in the amount of HUF 131.5 billion to the sole shareholder until 30 November 2025.

Based on the interim consolidated financial statements of MVM Group prepared in accordance with EU IFRS accounting rules, published on 15 September 2025, the Group achieved a net profit of HUF 221.886 billion in the first half of the current year.
