on the language of disclosure following the admission to trading of MVMKP2027/B Bonds

MVM Energy Private Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1031 Budapest, Szentendrei út 207- 209.; company registration number: 01-10-041828, hereinafter: the Issuer) wishes to inform market participants that within the framework of the Issuer's "HUF 100,000,000,000 Bond Programme", the Issuer will issue bonds with a tenor of 18 months (MVMKP2027/B Bonds) in a total nominal value of HUF 14,7 billion on 7 November 2025 (ISIN code: HU0000365887, the Bonds).

Following the admission to trading of the Bonds on the regulated market of the Budapest Stock Exchange, the Issuer will comply with its disclosure obligations in Hungarian language.
