Establishment of the Subsidiary mTFI S.A.

With reference to the current report No 84/2020 dated 22 December 2020,the Management Board of mBank S.A. (Bank) informs that on 8th April 2021a company under the name of mTowarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SpółkaAkcyjna (mTFI S.A.) was founded.

On that day Bank acquired 100% shares of mTFI S.A., representing 100%votes at the general meeting of mTFI S.A.
