Acting in accordance with Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185, item 1439, as amended) and Art. 25o of the Act of August 29, 1997 Banking Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1876, as amended), we would like to inform you that as a result of selling shares of mBank S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") in a transaction on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, settled on January 29, 2019, Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as "OFE") decreased its holding of shares in the Company below 5% of votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
