mBank S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2018

The PFSA decision on imposing on mBank S.A. a buffer of othersystemically-important institution.With reference to thecurrent reports no. 68/2017 of 23 November 2017 and 73/2017 of 11December 2017, the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs, thatthe Bank obtained a decision of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority dated 19 December 2017, which imposes on the Bank, both on anindividual and consolidated basis, a buffer of othersystemically-important institution in the equivalent amount equal to0.75% of the total risk exposure calculated pursuant to art. 92paragraph 3 of the Capital Requirements Regulation (No. 575/2013).
