mBank S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2017

With reference to the current report no. 68/2017 of 23 November 2017,the Management Board of mBank S.A. ("Bank") informs that mBank receiveda decision of the Financial Stability Committee ("FSC") of 1 December2017 issued upon the request of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority ("PFSA") pursuant to art. 39 paragraphs 1 and 3 in conjunctionwith article 5 of the Act on macroprudential supervision over thefinancial system and crisis management in the financial system of 5August 2015.

Pursuant to the said decision, the FSC expressed a positive opinion onimposing on mBank S.A. a buffer of other systemically-importantinstitution, determined in accordance with art. 38 of the Act onmacroprudential supervision over the financial system and crisismanagement in the financial system, in the equivalent amount equal to0.75% of the total risk exposure, calculated pursuant to art. 92paragraph 3 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of theCouncil (EU) No. 575/2013 dated 26 June 2013.
