Information concerning the imposition of mBank S.A. Buffer othersystemically relevant institutions

With reference to current reports No. 60/2016 dated 17 August 2016 and61/2016 dated 18 August 2016 the Management Board of mBank S.A. informsthat on 4 October 2016 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)has identified mBank S.A. as the other systemically importantinstitution and imposed on mBank both on an individual and consolidatedbasis, the other systemically important institution buffer, in theamount equivalent to 0.5% of the total risk exposure amount, calculatedin accordance with art. 92 paragraph 3 of the EU CRR Regulation (No.575/2013). The KNF's decision is immediately enforceable.
