The Management Board of mBank S.A. (the Bank) announces that onSeptember 19, 2019, Mr. Maciej Leśny, Chairman of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard, received a letter of resignation from Mr. Andre Carls, whodecided to resign as member of the Bank's Supervisory Board and memberof the Executive and Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee andAudit Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board as of September 30, 2018.Mr.Carls did not give reasons for his resignation.
