Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of mBank

The Management Board of mBank S.A. (the Bank) announces that onSeptember 11, 2018, Mr. Maciej Leśny, Chairman of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard, received a letter of resignation from Mr. Thorsten Kanzler, whodecided to resign as member of the Bank's Supervisory Board and memberof the Risk Committee of the Bank's Supervisory Board as of September23, 2018.

Mr. Kanzler did not give reasons for his resignation.
