Court registration of amendments to the By-laws of mBank S.A.
The Management Board of mBank S.A. (hereinafter the "Bank") announcesthat on 26 August 2019, the District Court for the capital city ofWarsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register,registered amendments to the By-laws of mBank S.A. arising fromResolution No. 32 adopted by the 31st Ordinary General Meeting of mBankS.A. on 12 April 2018 by adding points 16 and 17 to § 6 section 1 of theBy-laws of the Bank.
The following amendments are made to the By-laws of the Bank.
In § 6 section 1 points 16 and 17 are added in the following wording:
"17) providing payment initiation services,
18) providing account information services."
The consolidated text of the By-Laws, including all amendments to theBy-Laws adopted by the 31st Ordinary General Meeting of mBank S.A., isenclosed hereto.
