Mayr-Melnhof Karton has reached an agreement on selling the recovered paper
company Johann Spiehs & Co GmbH, Vienna, to the Austrian waste management
group AVE, Hörsching. Mayr-Melnhof thereby continues the concentration on
its core business areas of cartonboard production and processing.
