NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR RETIREMENT

27 July 2023, Adelaide, Australia: Mayne Pharma Group Limited (ASX:MYX) announces that Dr Carolyn Myers will retire from the Board at the end of July 2023.

Dr Myers has served as a Director of Mayne Pharma since October 2021. She was appointed to the Board after being nominated by Mithra Pharmaceuticals SA under the terms of the license and supply agreement to commercialise NEXTSTELLIS ® (E4/DRSP) oral contraceptive in the United States.

Mithra’s right to nominate a Director of Mayne Pharma ceased following the sale of some of its Mayne Pharma shares in June.

Mayne Pharma’s Chair Mr Frank Condella said, “The Board wishes to thank Carolyn for her contribution and service to Mayne Pharma during her tenure. Her knowledge and experience in business development, sales and marketing, and strategy development has been a valuable asset to the Board and the Company.”
