ATI Acquisition Completed

Mayfield Group Holdings Limited ( Mayfield ) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 60% interest in ATI Australia Pty Ltd ( ATI ) so that ATI is now a 100% subsidiary of Mayfield.

The details of the acquisition are set out in the ASX announcements made by Mayfield on 3 September 2021 and 27 October 2021.

Consideration payable

The consideration payable of $1,952,000 has been paid today by way of an issue of 4,804,179 fully paid ordinary Mayfield shares at a deemed issue price of $0.406313 per share.
