Completion of share consolidation
MaxiTRANS Industries Limited (ASX:MXI) announces that it has completed the one for 5 share consolidation approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 27 August 2021.
Following the consolidation, MXI’s capital structure is:
