MaxiPARTS completes IP and Forch Brisbane acquisitions

MaxiPARTS Limited (ASX:MXI) announces that it has completed the acquisitions of Independant Parts (IP) and Forch Brisbane.

As announced to ASX on 14 November 2023, MaxiPARTS entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of the issued capital of Nineteen Group Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary, Independant Parts Pty Ltd (together “ IP ”). The company also announced that Förch Australia entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Förch Brisbane. All conditions have now been satisfied or waived and completion occurred today on both acquisitions.

The release of this announcement was authorised by the MaxiPARTS Limited Board of Directors.
