Appointment of Company Secretary

MaxiTRANS Industries Limited (ASX:MXI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Jones as Company Secretary.

Amanda joined MaxiTRANS in 2018 as Senior Legal Counsel, and will take on the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts.

Alison Groves has resigned as General Counsel and Company Secretary to give priority to family commitments. The Board of MaxiTRANS thanks Ms Groves for her valued contribution during her time at MaxiTRANS.

The changes take effect today.
