MaxiTRANS Appoints New Director

MaxiTRANS Industries Limited ( MXI ) today announced the appointment of Mr Joe Rizzo as an independent Non-Executive Director of the MaxiTRANS Board.

Mr Rizzo brings over thirty five years’ relevant industry experience to the Board. He has spent this time with PACCAR, a US based global organization engaged in the manufacture and distribution of heavy trucks and after-market parts distribution. PACCAR manufactures and distributes truck brands such as Kenworth, Peterbilt, Foden and DAF. Most recently, Mr Rizzo was the Managing Director of PACCAR Australia for six years and under his stewardship, PACCAR achieved record performance. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, manufacturing and parts sales and distribution.
