CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND COMPANY SECRETARY

MaxiTRANS Industries Limited (‘MXI’) announces that Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Marcello Mattia will be leaving the company to take on a new opportunity with effect from 15[th] of March 2013.

Aaron Harvey, previously Assistant Company Secretary, will assume the role of Company Secretary whilst the search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer continues.

We thank Marcello for his important contribution to our company and we wish him well in his future endeavours.
