2020 Annual General Meeting and closing date for director nominations

MaxiTRANS Industries Limited (ASX:MXI) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held as a virtual meeting at 11.00 am (Melbourne time) on Monday 23 November 2020 .

Any nominations for the position of director at the 2020 Annual General Meeting must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (Melbourne time) on Friday 9 October 2020 .
