On April 30, 2025 Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”), issued a press release entitled “Maxeon Solar Technologies Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2024 Financial Results.” A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.
