Introductory Note

Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MAXN) (the “Company”) is announcing that Vikas Desai, its Chief Commercial Officer, will leave the Company at the end of June 2025. George Guo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume the responsibilities of Chief Commercial Officer in the interim.
