Introductory Note

On September 30, 2023, Gavin Jacques Elie Adda resigned from the Board of Directors of Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”). Mr. Adda had served as the designee of TotalEnergies Solar INTL SAS and TotalEnergies Gaz Electricité Holdings France SAS (collectively, “TotalEnergies”) pursuant to the Shareholders Agreement dated August 26, 2020, and he has resigned from employment at TotalEnergies. The appointment of a replacement director designated by TotalEnergies is in process and the seat is expected to be filled shortly.
