Explanatory Note

On October 10, 2023, Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. (NASDAQ:MAXN) (the “Company”), published a press release announcing a business update and preliminary third quarter revenue and shipment results.

The Form 6-K furnished with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 10, 2023 in connection with the press release contained an erroneous hyperlink to Exhibit 99.1. The Company is furnishing this Amendment No.1 on Form 6-K/A to its originally furnished Form 6-K to correct the erroneous hyperlink to Exhibit 99.1 from the original report.

This Amendment does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the Form 6-K, and does not update disclosures contained in the Form 6-K or modify or amend the Form 6-K except as specifically described in this Explanatory Note.
