ROCKVILLE, Maryland - 2 October 2023: MaxCyte Inc., (NASDAQ: MXCT; LSE: MXCT), a leading commercial cell - engineering company focused on providing enabling platform technologies to advance innovative cell-based research as well as next-generation cell therapeutic discovery, development and commercialization, announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, since 31 August 2023 it has issued 11,527 of common stock, $0.01 par, of the Company ("Common Stock") in satisfaction of the exercise of share options.
Total voting rights
As at 30 September 2023, the total issued stock capital of the Company following the recent issue of the new Common Stock is 103,548,943 shares of Common Stock. Shareholders in the Company may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the stock capital of the Company.
