Sub: Allotment of 37,274 equity shares under the Max Estates Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (“ESOP Plan”)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, on May 12, 2026, has considered and approved the allotment of 37,274 equity shares having a face value of INR 10/- each to the option holders arising from the exercise of stock options under the ESOP Plan of the Company.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from INR 1,63,45,03,520 /- to INR 1,63,48,76,260 /- comprising of 16,34,87,626 equity shares of INR 10/- each.
