Confirmation of share premium account and capital redemption reserve cancellation

At the general meeting of Maven and Income Growth VCT 4 PLC (the "Company"), held on 15 May 2019, a resolution was passed to cancel the entire amount standing to the credit of the share premium account and capital redemption reserve of the Company as at 16 August 2019 (the "Cancellation") subject to the confirmation of the Court of Session in Scotland (the "Court").

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Court has now confirmed the Cancellation and the Court's order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies. The Cancellation has now become effective.
