Portfolio Update and Unaudited Net Asset Value

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the Company) are pleased to confirm that, on 9 December 2015, the Company completed the disposal of its investment in Westway Services Holdings (2014) Limited.

As a result, the unaudited net asset value of the Company will increase by approximately 2.00p per share from the previously released figure of 96.62p per share as at 30 September 2015, representing an uplift of 2.07%.
