Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC - Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

On 11 September 2013, Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (the "Company") purchased for cancellation 80,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 86.50p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital at the close of business on 11 September 2013 comprises 25,813,172 Ordinary Shares of 10p each and 3,863,876 C Ordinary Shares of 10 each.  The total number of voting shares in the Company is therefore 29,677,048.  Each share carries one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
