Matsa Resources Limited (ASX: MAT) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Matsa Resources Limited (‘MAT’) will be halted at the request of MAT, pending the release of an announcement by MAT.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

MAT’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Dear Sandra,

Request for Trading Halt

Matsa Resources Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a corporate funding package including a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 1 October 2025, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
