Matsa Resources Limited (ASX: MAT) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Matsa Resources Limited (‘MAT’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of MAT, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 April 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Matsa Resources Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 29 April 2024, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
