Update to Pricing of the Loyalty Options Under the Entitlement Offer
CORPORATE SUMMARY
Matsa Resources Limited (“Matsa” or “Company”) advises that in consultation with ASX and pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.11.2, the Company has decided to reduce the issue price of the loyalty options under the nonrenounceable pro-rata entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) from $0.0025 to $0.002 per loyalty option ( New Issue Price ). As a result, the total proceeds of the Entitlement Offer will be reduced by approximately $65,009 from $325,044 to $260,035 (assuming no new shares are issued and no existing options are exercised prior to the Record Date). A replacement prospectus reflecting the New Issue Price has been lodged with ASIC.
