Share Placement to Progress Thailand Assets
Matsa Resources (ASX:MAT) ("Matsa" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that it has agreed to raise $300,000.50 via the issue of 1,578,950 shares at an issue price of $0.19 to two institutional investors.

The proceeds from the capital raising, being managed by Phillip Capital, will be used to further the Company’s assets in Thailand.
Mr Poli said “We have engaged Phillip Capital which is part of the Intersuisse group to introduce us to some institutional investors and this placement is an introductory step in obtaining a greater relationship with this class of investor. This is an exciting step for Matsa, as it is the first time institutions are starting to take note of our unfolding story.”
