Matsa Resources Limited (“the Company”) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement with respect to a proposed capital raising by the Company.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
