CONSOLIDATION OF SHARE CAPITAL
Kalgoorlie Boulder Resources Ltd (ASX:KAL) wishes to advise that further to the Notice of Meeting lodged with ASX today, the proposed timetable for the consolidation of the Company’s share capital, the subject of Resolution 7, is as follows:
| 18 December 2008 | Shareholder approval |

| 22 December 2008 | Trading commences in the reorganised securities on adeferred settlement basis. |
| 30 December 2008 | Last date for the Company to register transfers on a pre-consolidation basis. In the case of certificated holdings, lastday for the Company to accept transfers accompanied bycertificates issued before the consolidation. |
| 31 December 2008 | First day for the Company to send a notice to allshareholders and first day for the Company to registersecurities on a post-consolidation basis. First day foruncertificated security holding statements for the shares tobe issued to Shareholders. From this date, the Companyrejects transfers accompanied by a certificate that wasissued before the consolidation. |
| 7 January 2009 | Despatch date. Deferred settlement market ends. Last dayfor the Company to send notice to all Shareholders. Last dayfor securities to be entered into the holders’ securityholdings. |
