ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – NOTICE AND PROXY FORM

Matsa Resources Limited (ASX: MAT) (“Matsa” or “the Company”) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) at 11:30 am (WST) on Friday 26 November 2021 at Suite 11, 139 Newcastle Street Perth in Western Australia.

In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021 (Cth), the Company will not be dispatching physical hard copies of the Notice of Meeting (“Notice”) to shareholders. A copy of the Notice is - available on the Company’s website located on the Investors page at https://www.matsa.com.au/asx announcements.

The Notice and proxy form are important documents and should be read in their entirety. If you have any difficulties obtaining a copy of the Notice or proxy form, please contact Advanced Share Registry on (08) 9389 8033 (within Australia) or +61 8 9389 8033 (outside Australia).

You may vote by attending the AGM in person, by proxy or by appointing an authorised representative.

Proxy Forms must be received by no later than 11:30am (WST) on 24 November 2021.

If COVID-19 social distancing restrictions change prior to the AGM, the Company will advise via an ASX announcement as to any changes in the manner in which the AGM will be held and as to whether shareholders will still be able to attend in person and participate in the usual way.
