Sub:- Clarification on the announcement submitted to the Exchange dated Aug 12,2021, regarding approval of formation of Wholly Owned Subsidiar in Srilanka in board meeting held on August 12, 2021 Ref: Your Email dated 13[th ] August 2021

With reference to the above subject, we would like to clarify that the management has submitted a proposal to the Board of Directors on the potential opportunity in matchmaking services in Srilanka. As part of the proposal, the Company would be forming a wholly owned subsidiary in Srilanka to tap the opportunity and invest upto Rs. 50 lakhs. The Board approved the proposal for forming a wholly owned subsidiary and investment upto 50 lakhs. The proposal is at a nascent stage and further process is expected to start now. We would also like to clarify that the Company is not acquiring any existing Company in Srilanka. The details sought in the above mail could not be provided at this stage as proposal is not finalized. The Company would inform the Stock exchange of the required details when the proposal is crystallised and the subsidiary formed.
