On December 21, 2015, Ms. Sonali De Rycker informed IAC/InterActiveCorp (the “Company”) that she was resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of December 31, 2015. Ms. De Rycker will continue to serve on the board of directors of the Company’s subsidiary, Match Group, Inc. Ms. De Rycker’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement between Ms. De Rycker and the Company.
