On August 11, 2011, the Registrant announced that Thomas J. McInerney, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, intends to leave the Registrant at some point in the coming months. No specific date has been set for Mr. McInerney’s departure and he will remain in his current position through an appropriate transition period.
